- You will be supplied by IT dept a temporary pw. So first go to MRI WEB homepage http://welcome.saas.mrisoftware.com and login with these credentials and it will prompt you to change your pw. When it does, by "old pw" they mean this temporary one. Please note also that new password can not be anything like old password (this is a new thing from MRI).
- do that, then log in with new pw to make sure it works.
- then log off by clicking on name in lower right part of screen. You will have to remember to hit log off on 2nd screen as well.
- Close ALL browser windows. Yes, this is important ;-P
- now go to MRI WEB home page again: http://welcome.saas.mrisoftware.com and put in client id, but on next page, don't log in all the way, but instead click "reset pw" on bottom right part of page.
- then you will see link to setup/update your challenge questions.
